Renters may ask for assistance in clearing their portal when they physically pick up their mail at their mailbox location.

To mark renter's mail as picked up follow these steps: 

  • Log in to your Dashboard, and click Customers.

  • Under Renters, select or search the renter's name.

  • Click on the Mailboxes tab, and click on the Gear Icon on the right side of your screen.

  • A drop-down box will appear and select  Mark all Mail as Picked Up.
