Renters may ask for assistance in clearing their portal when they physically pick up their mail at their mailbox location.
To mark renter's mail as picked up follow these steps:
Log in to your Dashboard, and click Customers.
Under Renters, select or search the renter's name.
Click on the Mailboxes tab, and click on the Gear Icon on the right side of your screen.
A drop-down box will appear and select Mark all Mail as Picked Up.
