Unfortunately, you cannot retract a request once it is sent, but you can enter a note on the mail item. Login to the renter’s portal and open the piece of mail that was forwarded. Then, enter the tracking number under the “Title” bucket. Also, don’t forget to send a notification email to your renter as well.
