If Anytime Mailbox handles your billing, we can either post it as a credit balance on the renter’s account or refund the money back to the renter’s credit card.

Note: Posting a transaction on a renters account as refund does NOT refund the renters card. It only posts an amount of credit to the renter, which can be used towards future billing.
