As Anytime Mailbox handles your billing, we offer two options for handling credit balances: we can either post the credit balance on the renter's account or refund the money back to the renter's credit card.

Please note that posting a transaction as a refund on a renter's account does NOT actually refund the renter's credit card. Instead, it adds a credit amount to the renter's account that can be used toward future billing.

If you need to refund an amount directly to your renter's credit card, since we are handling your billing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to take care of it for you.
