As Anytime Mailbox handles your billing, we offer two options for handling credit balances: we can either post the credit balance on the customer's account or refund the money back to the customer's credit card.

Please note that posting a transaction as a refund on a customer's account does NOT actually refund the customer's credit card. Instead, it adds a credit amount to the customer's account that can be used toward future billing.
If you need to refund an amount directly to your customer's credit card, since we are handling your billing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to take care of it for you.
