All applications successfully completed via our partnered online notary service will be routed directly to your portal for final review and approval. We strongly encourage you to check all submitted documents. You are responsible for final approval, which means that you are satisfied with any submitted documents and fully accept the Renter’s application.


To approve or reject a renter application, follow these steps:


  • From your Dashboard, click Applications. There are two boxes for ATMB and Direct applications.

  • You should see a list of the applications, on the Filter Menu, select Under Review and click on the Renter’s Name.

  • Scroll and review the details, and download the Renter's documents, taking care to review them thoroughly.

  • If you are satisfied, click Approve Application at the bottom.

  • If not, you can click on Reject Application, and add Notes to your Renter. In here, you can tell your Renter what they need to modify or add to the documents that they submitted. The notes that you added will be sent to the Renter.
