Private notes are internal notes that you can add for a renter in your Dashboard. These notes are not visible to your renters. You can add notes for renters as a reminder, or if renters have specific instructions on how to handle their mails.


To access the Private Notes Section follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Dashboard, click on Customers tab.

  • Select the renter you want to make notes and click Support tab.

  • Click on Update to save changes.
