As part of our commitment to maintaining compliance with the United States Postal Service (USPS), we require all Operators to provide a Quarterly Report that outlines any new mailbox accounts or terminations.
This is an essential step in preventing potential fraudulent activity and ensuring that we are following the regulations set forth by the USPS.
Log in to your Dashboard, click on Reports.
Click on the Reports button to your left a drop down box will appear.
Click Customers and select CMRA Quarterly Report.
Select the Quarter Report you want to extract and click Go.
The system will provide a report of your Active Customers, Added Customers and Terminated Customers for this Quarter.
Just a quick tip: if you need to download the file in .CSV format, simply click the "Download" button located at the top right corner of your screen.
