Add Tax to Your Customer's Invoice

With Anytime Mailbox, you have the option to charge your customers a tax if it is required by your state, province, or country. 


Our software is equipped to handle tax calculation and collection, making it easier for you to comply with regulations and manage your virtual mailbox business smoothly.


It's important to note that charging customers any type of tax is your location's responsibility, so make sure to add it here if needed.


To add taxes on your renter’s invoice, follow these steps:


  • Log into your Dashboard, click on Admin.

  • Under Profile, from the left submenu.

  • Select Taxes, click the Add button. A pop up box will appear to enter Name and Rate percentage.

  • Click Submit to save actions.


Note: the tax percentage you enter in the Anytime Mailbox software will be added to your customer's total invoice every month.
