We understand how important it is for you to keep track of your customer's usage and ensure they are within their monthly allowance.
That's why our system offers a feature that allows you to view your customer's monthly usage.
To View Your Renters Current Monthly Usage follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dashboard, click on Customers tab
- Select the customer you want to look at on the list
- Click on Mailboxes and click on the Cogs Wheel on the right side of your screen
- A drop-down box will appear and click on View Service Plan
You have access to your customers account information, including their service plan, usage, billing cycle, and any additional charges incurred.
This feature allows you to keep track of their activity and identify if they need to upgrade their plan to avoid further charges.
