You can use the following devices:
- Smart phone
(For Smartphones, Tablets and Cameras before you start scanning or taking a pictures of the mail, you want to make sure your mail is on a flat surface with a neutral background and ample lighting)
Using your Smartphone and Tablet
- Click on the Anytime Mailbox Operator App and select the Mailroom Icon
- Check Assign on Upload is turned on and select a Mailbox
- Click Upload Mail and Take a Photo or Upload from Camera Roll
- Once you were able to capture a clear photo of the mail click the Red Button and tap Done
Using your Scanner
- Follow the scanner manufacturer's directions to scan each document to your computer
- Majority of scanners simply require you to press the Scan button, or open the scanning program on your computer and click the Scan Command.
- Select the file format option (JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, or TIF). The system doesn’t allow PDF format to be uploaded so please make sure to select the correct file format.
- Save it to a folder in a location on your computer and upload it to your Dashboard.
